Staying safe
A few habits that keep your accounts protected.
We never ask for your account number
Our staff can already see your account. If a caller claiming to be Caprock asks for it, hang up and call us.
Keep your PIN private
Never keep your PIN with your card, and never share your password.
Reset your own password
Resetting it from the online banking site is free. A reset done by our staff costs $5.
Keep your details current
If we see unusual activity, we try to reach you right away, so tell us when your phone or address changes.

Does online banking cost anything?
No. Online banking, online transfers and Caprock Bill Pay are free for members.
I forgot my password. What do I do?
Reset it from the online banking sign-in page at no charge. If you would rather we reset it for you, call us; a staff reset costs $5.
Can I move money between my accounts?
Yes. Online transfers between your Caprock accounts are free.
Can I make a loan payment online?
Yes. Transfer from your Caprock account in online banking, or pay with a debit or credit card.
