Is there a monthly fee on checking?

No. None of our checking accounts has a monthly service charge.

Yes. Your savings are federally insured by the National Credit Union Administration (NCUA), an agency of the U.S. government, up to $250,000 per member, per ownership category.

Can I add money to a certificate after I open it?

No. Certificates take one deposit and renew automatically at maturity. Open a second certificate any time you want to add more.

What happens if I need certificate money early?

You can withdraw it, with a penalty: 90 days of dividends on a 6-month certificate, 180 days on 12- and 18-month certificates, and 365 days on 24-, 36- and 60-month certificates.
